The videos on this channel are a medium through which we, at Yoga Vidya share the idea of spreading the knowledge of Yoga to the masses. Our broad range of content takes into account yoga practitioners from all stages, be it beginners, Intermediate or Advanced levels. The videos follow Hatha Yoga with single asanas, short asana sequences and full yoga classes and are made in a style that allow for a direct participation and allow you to practice yoga from the comfort of your home.
The videos also range on topics of pranayama, meditation, kriyas, bandhas, Ayurveda and many other special topics.
