Yoga instructor, Reiki and Group Guided Meditation practitioner. Christina graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where she gained knowledge in preventative healing through the benefits of nutritious foods, mindset and lifestyle changes.
Her gentle approach incorporating mind, body and self-love is to promote empowerment within an individual to take ownership and realize their potential.
