Also it's not lost on me that more than 50% of people are feeling overwhelmed, overworked, or burnt out.

Can I be REAL for a moment? I took a sloppy step forward. 😳
Here’s the short of it:
Life is so much about taking that imperfect next step forward - over and over and over again.
The lesson I KEEP having to learn is that I don’t have to have ALL my ducks in a row before I take that step. And, I don’t have to know the NEXT step after this one (Type A people’s worst fear).
I’m figuring it out as I go and allowing things to evolve.
So today, there’s a change. I’ve launched memberships on my channel. (Woohoo!)

- You get access to members-only classes & meditations. I already have some sweet, joyful meditations I'm excited to share.

- I don’t think you can set a reminder for classes in advance, which I know many of you liked. :/
