Hello, again. I thought I should give you some information about this channel.
Recently, I had my Balamory Instrumental blocked worldwide for the visual content in the video. It seems the BBC is now starting to crack down on uploads of the show and my video unfortunately fell victim to their copyright purge, and as a result, I felt it was a lot easier to just remove the video entirely rather than take it to appeal.
Another video that I couldn't face trying to get the claim removed from was my Clarence YTP. The claimant clearly didn't want a bar to the idea of seeing that the video was under fair use, and I decided to remove that one as well since they don't deserve to be making revenue from it and I don't have plans to reupload it again with a filter of some kind to try and bypass the content ID match or having them find the video just to claim it again.
Now I have gotten all copyright claims removed from my account, I thought to apply for monetization for this channel as I have hit all the requirements and since this channel still gets thousands of views every week, thought I might as well take advantage of earning a little bit of cash from the content you all enjoy, hope you don't mind the ads. unless you're a premium user or have an adblocker.

--UPDATE #2--
Hello, again. Felt this was easier than recording another video.
Just wanted to quickly say that 2/3 disputes have been looked at.
One of them was lifted by the claiment as no footage from the film was shown, and the response was fairly quick. This was for the TriStar logo.
Another one was rejected by the copyright holder despite it being a YTP. All YTPs fall under fair use as they're 'remixed' and not a direct reupload of the original source. I have sent this for appeal. This was for the Clarence YTP.
The final one hasn't been looked at by the claimant. This claim seems to be a false one made by another user who uploaded the same logo but at a previous date to mine. The claimant was named 'Hit Entertainment' and this obviously isn't them at all. They were bought out by Mattel, meaning this claim is obviously made by another uploader of this logo and signing the form under that name. This was for the HiT Entertainment PLC logo.
I hope to use this journey as an example to anyone who has been a victim of random copyright claims being made months or years after the content was uploaded. I will continue to update you all on what happens with all of these claims.
The TriStar one was definitely a content ID match from a film with the logo at the start. The Clarence one seems to have been manually placed or could potentially be ID matched and not been reviewed by the claimant properly. The HiT Entertainment one was definitely made by another user who has uploaded the same logo at a previous date.

Over the past few months, I've received a few copyright claims and have decided to appeal all of them. That sounds good, right? This could potentially result in this channel being terminated if any of them get rejected.
