I have battled my weight and sugar addiction since I was a teenager. In 2014 I had RNY gastric bypass surgery thinking that would solve my food issues, well I was wrong! I started to gain the weight back. I never cured my sugar addiction and knew I had to do something.
I found the Ketogenic way of eating that change my life. I have since transitioned into “Ketovore” (keto/Carnivore) eating mostly carnivore with an occasional side of veggies, berries, and a little keto homemade baked treat that I make myself.
In 2021 I graduated from the PHC Institute, where I earned the title Certified Primal Health Coach. I also have certifications in Meditation, and Ketogenic Diet Coaching.
