Hey everyone - my Dad has been found. He was taken to the hospital by a police department.

Iāll delete this tomorrow - but wanted to give everyone keeping track an update.
HELP: My Dad is missing. Kettering Police Department has generated a silver alert for him. He is driving a grayish green Jeep Compass Trail Hawk with North Carolina license plates JLA-6787. To me, one of the more noticeable parts of this vehicle is the red d-rings on the front bumper. He has an Ohio license, but hasn't yet transferred his license plate as he just moved here.
His name is William "Bill" Ingram and his date of birth is 03/07/1959.
Please share this and be on the look out in your area. He was last seen in Detroit at Six Mile and I-75 getting gas in his vehicle at 1227pm EST on 03/27/2023.
He hasn't made any additional charges or purchases on his accounts since then. We think he should be within a 400 mile radius of this location, excluding Canada. He doesn't have his passport with him.
He has been having medical issues and is cognitively impaired. He does not drink, he does not do drugs. His last episode was in August of 2022 and he had severe memory issues. We believe his is lost and doesn't know that he lives in Ohio.

Hey all,
Unfortunately, there wonāt be a video for a couple of weeks. The City placed a stop work order on the property. While we pulled most of the correct permits, we didnāt realize this property was on the public nuisance list. In order to get this off the list, we have to get a structural permit with drawings.
We already hired an architect to design the rear addition, and he is more than happy to handle these requirements as well.
This will take a while and has no exciting details to share. Covering this, in my opinion, would be really boring. Let me know if youād like to see any videos about this process, but I think it would only exaggerate my already boring tone š¤£
Iāll start making videos again about this abandoned mansion as quickly as I canā¦but thereās no telling how long this process will take.

Over the past 3 years, I have made drastic improvements to my life. Mainly, because my wife and I had our son; it was very important for us that she be a stay at home mom.
Unfortunately, on my salary in law enforcement, I couldn't make that happen.
I questioned my abilities as a provider, and for a brief time, even as a man.
I dedicated myself to read one book per day until I learned how to solve this problem.
3 years later, we have a few businesses and over 60 rental properties.
We made sacrifices along the way, but I learned the power of mentorship. I know the importance of finding someone willing to help and guide you, even if they are just a few steps ahead.
