Biography

He was born in Milan in the late seventies, and then moved near Florence where he spent all his adolescence, not far from the country house of his maternal grandparents, here he understands and savors peasant life: the first harvests and the olive harvest are memories indelible, marked by the rhythms of the harvest, by the habits and customs of the typical family of Italian emigrants.

Formation

Since December 2005, he has attended two sensory analysis courses at the G. Garibaldi Agricultural Technical Institute in Rome, obtaining the physiological suitability for olive oil tasting, which has allowed him to be enrolled in the National Tasters List. Oil and the achievement of the Wine Taster Diploma recognized by the Lazio Region.
He then attended numerous courses of a gastronomic nature, obtaining the appropriate tools to perform objective sensory evaluations of the main gastronomic products.
