Welcome to The Pioneer Workshop.
My name is Denny Freitas. I am recently retired and have decided to try my hand as a craftsman. I have always wanted to build things using wood.
There are so many things you can build with wood. My first projects were two medium size boxes using pine with oak inlays.
Since I am brand new I will be sharing my learning experiences here on YouTube. I will be making projects from start to finish, purchasing and reviewing tools, building shop organization projects, I even plan on building a new work shop!
I have just purchased or retirement home in Pioneer, CA. A small town in the Sierra Mountains where I am currently working from my garage. I have plans to build a dedicated workshop on our property, which I will also document on this YouTube channel.
I am excited about sharing The Pioneer Work Shop projects with you.
