I started this channel to document my body transformation. I had challenge myself to a 40days homeworkout because I was not able to hit the gym due to work rest schedule,membership and transportation that will consume my time instead of having a rest .I am looking forward and aiming to improve my chest muscles,back muscles,shoulder muscles,delts,traps,calf ,legs,glutes,hamstringarms 😊 😊😊 I want full body transformation to boost my confidence, develop power ,strength and health.
