Hello my dear followers! Recently my YT channel is not getting much views on new videos, it seems that the algorithm does not love me.

I have been wondering whether it's worth continuing the channel...

Currently I have 792 subscribers, but most of them it seems are not active

I would say 9/10, a good start for anyone that wants to get bigger.

I would say 8/10, I would change a bit the volume recommendations and emphasize more that I prefer dynamic rep ranges over the rep goal system. Also I would talk about some intensity techniques.

I would say 8/10, I would stick to training 5x per week, rest is important. Also I would talk a bit more how to organize each upper body days.

I would say 7/10, the main idea is clear, but the problem is the full body programming for a beginner and an intermediate is just like night and day. So you can make gains on full body even if you are more advanced, you just have to know how to program it well.

I would say 8/10, a solid introduction to hypertrophy training considering this was over a year ago. Nowadays I think you can program full body for hypertrophy, but you have to have the knowledge for it.

I would say 7/10, the nutrition part is good. The training part applies mostly for beginners and novices. If you want to push to the next level in terms of hypertrophy the understanding must be much deeper than this. Here I was still a bit too attached to strength training.

I would say 5/10, I did learn a lot about leg training throughout the year, so this video needs an huge update.
