I’ve made a personal commitment to document one year of my journey to achieving a sustainable healthy and fit after 50 lifestyle. I’m not counting calories or dieting. I don’t have a gym membership and won’t be using any complicated workout plans. This is all about simplicity and sustainability to achieve health and fitness in your 50s and beyond.
