Hi! My name is Cas and Iโm a digital artist from The Netherlands. Ever since I can remember I've been a bit of an artist. As a kid, I would draw a lot and I loved crafting something from paper and used boxes.
Despite my love for art, I never pursued this passion in my education. I started studying industrial design. In 2017 I graduated and started working as a product designer/engineer.
I think I suppressed the artist in me and never took it seriously. In 2018 I started to make a real effort to pick up drawing again. Soon I discovered all these cool digital artists and it inspired me to create digital art as well.
I have learned so much in a couple of years. I realize how much more there is still to learn and thatโs the beauty of it all. I would love if youโd join me in the journey of becoming a better artist. Iโll try to be as authentic as possible with my process and hopefully some of you will get inspired to follow your artistic passions too!
