Even though it may be uncomfortable, coworker disputes need to be addressed immediately away.🤝🏻
💡Do this:
-Confront it immediately
As soon as a conflict arises at work, address it so that you can find a resolution as soon as possible. This lessens the negative effects of the fighting and keeps the issue from getting worse.

-Hear both sides 🧏🏻
Meet with each party separately to hear their side of the story when staff members are arguing. Permit them to vent their annoyances.

-Express understanding and empathy
Never accuse or assign blame when speaking with employees. Instead, acknowledge their frustration and make an effort to understand how they feel.

-Get HR involved 🗒️
It's crucial to involve a human resources representative when resolving a conflict at work. They are the foremost authorities on your company's policies and practices as well as the steps to take to guarantee regulatory compliance in every circumstance.

-Create solutions 👬🏻
Once you identify the issue that is causing conflict between coworkers, create some options for solutions. You should try to be as fair to the employees as possible while explaining that most resolutions require compromise from all parties.

-Promote teamwork 💪🏻
To help prevent fighting and conflict in the workplace, make sure to encourage teamwork and collaboration. Celebrate everyone's successes, encourage employees to work together and ask each other for help and schedule team-building activities.

80% of your time should be dedicated to taking action and only 20% should be dedicated to thinking. Do not waste time thinking too much especially unnecessary thinking. Do strategic thinking and take strategic actions.
