Hi all, sorry for the radio silence. This announcement has been a long time coming: I will no longer be making videos.
I could cite any number of reasons, including all the usual suspects, but most of all I just don't have the drive in me anymore. A fan translation must, of course, be done by a fan, because who else would be stupid enough to work for free. I myself stopped playing the actual game a while ago, and I doubt my interest will ever be rekindled.
I apologize to everyone looking forward to the rest of Vol. F, Vol. 4, and beyond. We must now place our faith in the underpaid translators contracted by Nexon.
This channel has (quite literally) gotten me to where I am today, and I will never forget our time together in Kivotos. Thank you to anyone who has ever watched, liked, or commented on my videos.
Perhaps one day you will play a game I have translated for, or perhaps you already have. In any case, our stories will go on, and I'm sure they will meet again.
Quick update in case anyone's wondering - I have been largely occupied by my day job, among other lifey things. I expect to begin work on F-3 this weekend. Will not make any promises as to when anything will be uploaded 👍

P.S. As I'm sure Global players are aware, there's a lot of backlash over the recent translation of 3-4 Part 3, and rightfully so. I understand if you want to compare my translation with Global, but please don't use my name to make this a war about fan vs. official TL, or to attack the EN localization industry or anything like that. Remember that I'm a part of that industry, and I'm an official TL for something, just not this. We can call out a poor translation job without attacking the people behind it.
Hey all, just a quick heads up: Vol. F Ch. 2 uploads will be similar to Chapter 1, i.e., about a week of silence before videos start rolling out, then another week or so to finish up. The reason is, during that week of no uploads I'm not actually taking a break but working on initial drafts for the entire chapter, which I then edit and put out in the second week. Anyway, thanks for your patience!

<Quick announcement re: the final volume>
Hi all, just here to say that, while I'm sure you're all excited to read the new main story update, I will be taking my time with this one. There are a few reasons for this:
1. Length. For reference, Episodes 11~25 of Vol. 2 Ch. 2 was a total of 134 minutes of footage. That took me about a week working at full speed (see below). FINAL Ch. 1, which has 15 episodes, surpasses that at 154 minutes. And we're getting a whole second chapter tomorrow as well, which will presumably be the same length or even longer.
2. Health. I know I have somewhat of a reputation for speed, but working that fast came with a price. For main story updates, I would essentially pause my entire life and spend every waking minute on translation. While this was sort of fun back when I was in school and translated faster (see below), I no longer think it's healthy. I burnt out hard after Vol. 2 Ch. 2, and forcing myself to slog through the Christmas and NY events was pretty detrimental to my mental health. And just the day after I finally finished NY, we get this...
3. Quality. Simply put, I have higher standards than before. Being a professional localizer has taught me a lot, and my views on translation have changed dramatically since I first started this channel. Quality takes time and research. While I'm sure some people just want to read the new story as fast as possible, in the end I'm going to do what's right for me, which is to practice and experiment with the translation that I want to do. This point could be a whole post of its own, which I may or may not write at some point.
Anyways, this post was sort of just to let you guys know what's been going on with me.

【Why are your translations different from the official English version?】
No two translations will be exactly the same. Also, while the EN translates from Korean, I work off of the Japanese version.
【Where do I start?】
Unfortunately, I do not have translations for Volume 1 of the main story, so I suggest you watch uploads of the official EN version before diving into my playlist, which starts from Volume 2. Other than that, I keep my playlists updated and in release order, though watch order only really matters for the main story.
