Patch 5 Changes ALOT
I will have a video on it as soon as I can. I am working hard to test all the changes. Apparently, many changes aren't listed in the patch notes. If you'd like to help me test, here is a list of things I've been hearing are changed and I'd love to hear your experiences on to help confirm:
(1) Damage Rider exploits are now fixed in Honour Mode.
(2) Pact of the Blade no longer stacks w/ extra attack in Honour Mode.
(3) Haste now gives +1 attack instead of +1 action in Honour Mode.
(4) Elixir of Bloodlust now gives +1 attack instead of +1 action in Honour Mode.
(5) Arcane Acuity now decays 2 stacks when you receive damage.
(6) Radiant Orb now stacks up to 10 bu will decay 2 stacks per attack.
(7) Diadem of Arcane Synergy is now fixed and will proc only when you apply a condition on an enemy.
(8) Abjuration Wizards no longer gain Arcane Ward stacks from casting Shield.
(9) Mental Fatigue now stacks properly (max 7 stacks).

Patch 9 Update:
This patch changes everything. Probably the three most impactful changes being: (1) Paladin Class + 3 subclasses, (2) we can now reach level 5 and get 3rd level spells, and (3) non-wizard scrolls have been removed from the game, meaning wizards are restricted to their own spell list. These changes alone mean that all of my tier ranking are now outdated and invalid, so I will be working hard to overhaul everything as quickly as I can during this busy time of the year.
I couldn't be happier! I will have a paladin class review out shortly.
