My taste for property started at university while pursuing my dream of becoming a lecturer. Realizing my degree wouldn't offer the financial freedom I desired, I began investing in property.
Starting with just Β£6,000 in savings, I flipped properties to build capital, then moved into student HMOs and Airbnb.
I live and breathe property investment. I teach students through the James Property University (live cohort training), identify high-yield deals for investors in the James Property Club, and help secure mortgages and bridging finance through James Property Mortgages.
This leads me onto my YouTube channel; a platform dedicated to useful tips to start in property and personal day-in-the-life videos, showcasing my journey from full-time student to full-time property investor. Subscribe for valuable insights and stay updated!
