Day in the life: I uploaded pictures to my website, created a small 10x10 piece (a peek pictured below) for an upcoming holiday fair, and I resined finished a 12x24 piece. ✌️

Day in the life: Today I untapped the 2 pieces I resined. Tape the backs of your paintings people a clean backing is a must and more professional. Pictured are the tools needed. Heat gun and razor. I also varnished 3 pieces, photographed 6 paintings outside and had my assistant (hoa husband of awesomeness) wire a dozen pieces. ✌️#dayinthelife

Day in the life: Today I shifted paintings (I have 3 tables, work table, drying table and cureing table). Clean work table, put supports behind 2 paintings, mix resin, cover 2 paintings in resin, cover them with picnic tents then leave the room for 24 hours and cross fingers. Pictured is an elevated painting with resin covered. ✌️

Day in the life: I was recently asked how often do I “Art”? My answer daily. Now I don’t necessarily paint daily but I do something related to my art on a daily basis. Painting, mixing paint, varnishing, resin finishing , photographing, website work, editing videos, buying supplies, applying to exhibitions you name it. So I thought I would start sharing/journaling what I do in a day. So today I cleaned my space, moved paintings that are drying, mixed 3 paint colors (my paint needs to be mixed with medium to be fluid) and created 2 pieces for my new series (series will be shared ONLY on facebook next week), paintings are now starting the drying phase which will take 3-4 days. Below is a sneak peek of today’s work. So as someone recently asked at a fair “don’t you just throw paint on a canvas?” No, there’s a lot involved. See you tomorrow ✌️
