I am back on Marston, Thompson and Evershed No3 tomorrow, my favourite loco at Foxfield Railway. I expect itâll be sunny tomorrow but with an open back cab, we should have a nice breeze going through. đ Come by if youâre in the area! The more the merrier!

I met Lawrie Rose (âȘ@lmmâŹ) today at Foxfield Railway! I did meet him two weeks ago during my off time, and returned to Foxfield today to help fill vacant duties.
It was great, because I was able to be a part of him filming team and take part in his video for the afternoon!
It was lovely meeting you âȘ@lmm⏠and I hope to see you again in the near future!

Hi everyone!
Unfortunately a video I wanted to do wonât be able to happen. I was given clearance by the content management but not the driver.
Hopefully at some time in the future, I may be able to wear one for a trip and I can show the footage, because I would love to show you myself working on my journey as a cleaner up to a driver. But I will keep you all updated on what is happening irregardless.

Another day of Track Work, Iâll be making longer videos in the coming weeks, as running season starts next week, and Iâll be videoing my days on the railway frequently, from my first cleaning turn to more days as a trainee signalman!

Aspiring Footplate Crew, Connor Watson started loving Trains from being a child, starting out with Thomas and playing with toys and models. Now they get to âplayâ with big ones!
Inspired by footplate crew such as Clive Groome, Joanne Crompton, Jack Dibnah, Mike Dobson and Steve Turner, Connor became the first non binary crewman at Foxfield Railway in October 2023, starting their cleaner training in April of 2024.
In early 2024, Connor helped out at Foxfield Railway replacing the sleepers of old and worn with brand new stone sleepers.
In mid 2024, Connor then started the sign up process to join KWVR and can now be seen hanging around the engine yard at Haworth.
