I want to ask a quick question. My previous channel Ed The Uber Guy was terminated due to what YouTube stated that I violated community guidelines. I went to Twitter and reached out to YouTube source( Team YouTube). They came back saying that YouTube final result was circumvention. I had a friend of mine explain to me what this was. He mentioned while my previous channel got suspended that I turned around and created another channel which in my opinion it’s all BS. I never had another channel or when my channel got suspended that I never created one. Now being that I appealed several times YouTube still stands by what they have decided. I questioned Team YouTube that if I started another channel from scratch can I post all my content that I had from my prior channel. Their answer was that if I have a terminated channel that I can not own,use, and create a new channel. If they consider this a mistake that I can appeal. Well yes YouTube it is a big mistake from your part. All of my videos are car content and daily events occurring. I think YouTube should take a closer look and then decide to do such and act of termination. Also, YouTube should have a call center with live operators so we can talk to and discuss such event then to have email sent out of termination.

I want to thank all of my fellow YouTubers putting out content on how to restore and submit appeals for a channel suspension. My prior channel was suspended 10 days ago. We as YouTubers put out daily content and also follow YouTube’s guidelines,copyright,and spam activity. I am a small channel and worked hard to establish my prior channel to the way it was. I do not hide from anyone and do not use my channel for financial gain. My channel is solely for educational purposes and information.Also, I do not use any copyright content such as music and other material to gain any monetary profit. I do not use my prior channel for spam content The only thing I’m asking of YouTube to reconsider and to review my prior channel content. If I violated any of these guidelines please accept my sincere apology.
