LIVE A HERO has a new feature in their challenge quests in which you can choose to make the quest more difficult by strengthening the enemy or make it easier by strengthening your team. Clearing the quest with enemies strengthened will increase your mission progress to claiming tickets, but you must have the effect which strengthens your team turned off for your progress to record.
The effect which strengthens your team however does allow you to claim first time clear rewards from the quest, so it's an option for newer players not to miss out too much. If you want tickets however, you'll need to turn this effect off and strengthen the enemies.

There have been some common questions regarding anniversary circulating around so I'll try to answer some here.
1. When should I spend my 5* ticket?
This ticket doesn't expire (the anniversary platinum tickets do however), so ideally you would save it until after you've pulled a lot. It would feel bad to spend the ticket only to get the unit right after off-banner, right?
If you're a new player starting out, I would spend it whenever you think is more fun. If you think it's more fun to play with your favorite unit now, then go ahead. If you are worried about gameplay and your favorite unit being bad, I would wait and learn how the battle system works before moving on to the next question.
2. What should I spend my 5* ticket on?
Pretty much whoever you want. Housamo is an easy game for the most part considering that most content can be cleared with a solo Valentine Kengo support or 4* Leanan Sidhe + somebody else. So ideally you would pick your favorite character that you don't have, i.e. someone for whom you would spend a lot of stones.
From there, if you still can't decide but care about gameplay to an extent, I think it's best to pick strong people who you want to own yourself than use as a support. Some examples of this may include Tindalos, Bael, Kengo, Takemaru, Hephaestus, etc. The reason is that if you can just borrow somebody else's support, who is likely max seeded if they're a popular character like Cthugha, to achieve the same effect than it's not as beneficial comparatively.
If the above doesn't apply, pick any strong character like Yoritomo, Volkh, Horkeu, Fuxi, Cthugha, Horus, Jacob, etc. In particular, if you have one of Fuxi or Shiva, you might want to consider using the ticket for the other in order to do the Fuxi/Shiva/Christmas Ryota strategy which quickly deletes most things in the game. If you care about making mentor runs in dungeons easier for yourself, Ded might not be a bad pick.
3. What should I spend my platinum anniversary tickets on?
It depends on what you have and what you want. Unit/AR-wise, follow the advice above (pick your favorites, strong units that you can't just borrow a support, or strong units in general). Some common suggestions are of course 4* Leanan Sidhe, Shooting Stars AR, and Sun and Oil AR. I personally like a lot of recent 4* units like Zhurong, Smoky God, Kresnik, etc; they're very fun to use. For ARs, ones which pull enemies in like the Hogen/Toji and Goemon/Seth AR are pretty nice to have. I also think that the Kagutsuchi/Ikutoshi AR is very fun. Again, you should spend these tickets after you've pulled a lot (before the deadline) because it would be bad to spend the ticket only to pull whatever you spent it on shortly afterwards.
Items are not a bad pick here. Flowers are the biggest deal here since they're currently awful to grind and difficult to accumulate. 25 million coins saves a lot of coin grinding, so it's also a nice deal especially with the increased level cap from last year. Level/skill seeds are the ideal pick in the sense that you can't get these in any other way except waiting.
