Join me (and sometimes Lionel) in a variety of Gentle Yoga Practices. Often geared towards those who are at risk of Chronic Fatigue or Burnout and in need of a calming practice that will support the Parasympathetic Nervous System. While my practices are often accessible to those of all levels of practice, as always I recommend you first speak with your health practitioner to make sure that Yoga is right for you and your body.
