PHANTOM BUFF in Patch 9.10 (Today)
Will now deal 156 headshot damage up to 20m instead of 15m!
Seems like they're removing the 30-50m damage bracket for the phantom, and increasing the 0-15m bracket to 0-20m.
So now the phantom damage will look like;
0-20m
Head - 156
Body - 39
Legs - 33
20-50m
Head - 140
Body - 35
Legs - 29

Patch 9.09 seems to mostly be bug fixes and of course the Arcane Season 2 Collector’s Set.
The phoenix buffs and regen shield (as well as some other agent changes), will be in Patch 9.10 on November 19th!

Don't forget that with today's update (Patch 9.08), we'll be getting the Sunset changes, as well as the return of Split and Pearl to the map pool.
