Stop Heart Palpitations! Prevent Atrial Fibrillation Palpitations This is one of my most in depth videos! 17 minutes of all of the advice I give to my patients. https://youtu.be/TYEeRzUoy04
This common medical condition causes palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, fatigue and lightheadedness. I described all the lifestyle changes that have been shown in studies to prevent atrial fibrillation and reduce palpitations. Treatment of underlying factors are not used very often in practice but significantly reduce episodes of atrial fibrillation.

This video shows you how to tell if you are healthy. It is based upon an often quoted study on what percentage of Americans are healthy. I reviewed the factors that tell a person’s metabolic health including blood pressure, waist circumference, glucose control, lipids, medications amongst other things. https://youtu.be/klwwN6KDBDc

Got afib? This is one of the most through videos I've made! It's 17:29! https://youtu.be/TYEeRzUoy04 This tutorial, atrial fibrillation tells you how to prevent this heart rhythm abnormality. This common medical condition causes palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, fatigue and lightheadedness. The video describes all the lifestyle changes that have been shown in medical studies to prevent atrial fibrillation and reduce palpitations. These include weight management, physical exercise, treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, optimization of cholesterol or lipid values, normalization of blood pressure, salt reduction, optimal glucose or sugar control, avoid certain stimulants, reduce emotional stress or anxiety, treat underlying heart disease and quitting smoking. Treatment of these underlying factors are underutilized in practice but markedly reduce episodes of atrial fibrillation.

Why Do Surgeons and Operating Room Staff Need to Wear Masks? https://youtu.be/2S4VEIgFrgs I’m going to tell you the history about why surgeons started wearing surgical masks, what they are good for, and what a few of the medical opinions about masking in the operating room are today. There have been studies done with masked and unmasked operating staff. I'm also going to answer a few follow-up questions at 09:01 and comments from my video about the Cochrane review of masking.

There has been research on the Covid vaccine and how Blood Clots form. It is important to clarify the mechanism and so a great deal of research is gone into elucidating the cause. I review this in the video. What is clear is that the Covid vaccine needs to get into the bloodstream in order for this to occur. https://youtu.be/It7VNzhAqOs

One of the proven Covid vaccine side effects is Myocarditis. This video is a compilation of the videos I've made on Myocarditis and Pericarditis. I a Lancet review on recovery after three months, the causes of myocarditis, sudden deattth and review studies on different age groups from around the world. https://youtu.be/cdjcun6THvk

10 Biggest COVID mistakes. I talk about what went wrong and what could have been done differently. It's important that we critically appraise what we have done and try to avoid these mistakes so that next time we are more successful. https://youtu.be/2ScWE6k0lZk

Many of you have watched or re-watched my video about the Cochrane mask review recently. https://youtu.be/XZ1n_woWVkQ I wanted to thank you for watching it and see if enough of you would be interested in a Q and A video about me, my work, my experiences over the years, or any questions about my videos. If I make it, it would be based on questions from this comment section.

Either you, a family member or friend are likely taking beta-blockers. They're one of the most versatile medications. In this video I cover everything you should know including how they work, who should and shouldn't take them, and side effects. There are many Beta blocker drugs. Generic drugs include Metoprolol, Atenolol, Propranolol, Bisoprolol and Nadolol. You may know these beta blockers by their pharmaceutical tradename; Lopressor, Toprol, Zebeta, Tenormin, Corgard and Inderal. I have many patients on beta blockers, and I'll show you how many of them take ECG and monitor their heart rates on their smart watches and phones.

This is the first Holter monitor! Modern ones can fit in your hand. https://youtu.be/5n4_tbSMDlE
The Holter monitor which was invented in the 1940s allows us to monitor the heart rhythm. It is named after the physicist, Norman Holter, who invented it. The Holter is an ambulatory cardiac electrical test, which means that it provides an ECG while you are active not just at rest. The Holter monitor is a test that allows us to monitor the heart for 24-48 hours or longer to assess the speed of the heart or any rhythm disorders that may be present. It also allows us to see what the heart rhythm is during any symptoms that you may have. By monitoring your heart with a Holter monitor we can look for arrhythmias (heart rhythm abnormalities). The Holter monitor is a test that is commonly used to evaluate patient symptoms of lightheadedness, palpitations, and fainting. I will review the Holter test procedure and how it is performed.
