summer tips for your little ones.
1) give lots of water to them if they are above 6 months.
for breast feeders moms' milk is enough it has inbuilt water so don't to worry for hydration
2) tips for toddlers
a) give homemade lemonades
b) avoid giving any packed refreshing drinks like Tang, Rasna etc. as it may increase the constipation problems
c)give homemade fresh juices of orange, grapes &pomegranate
d) ensure your kid is not empty stomach before going out and have water bottle throughout the journey
e) don't forget to cover the heads and apply sunscreen before going out
that's for not. For more such tips pls drop a message ,i will make a complete video on this
