We visited Disney’s All Star Sports & All Star Music Resorts yesterday! These two resorts are so much fun with the incredible outdoor theming. Check out some photos from our day! Have you stayed there? What are your thoughts?

@slimchickens We visited the newest location in Davenport Florida for the Friends & Family event. The restaurant officially opens Wednesday June 19th for everyone to enjoy! Enjoy you WILL. We had a blast here. The theming is southern delta comfort food with its own unique spin and flavor. The inside is extremely inviting with quotes on the wall and a guitar artwork for the Davenport location. The Staff were TOP NOTCH making sure no attention to detail was missed. The FOOD? Delicious 🤤 is an understatement. Any word I could make up would not do it justice. We were able to sample many offerings that YOU will be able to enjoy. Slim Chickens offers hand battered chicken strips in numerous amounts, a variety of chicken wings, seasoned crispy french fries, fresh hand battered fried pickles (not soggy like other establishments), fried mushrooms and okra. Other sides that blew us away were the Mac n Cheese as well as Scrumptious Potato Salad. As with many start ups, Slim Chickens began in a garage with the creators tinkering with spices until the first restaurant opened in 2003-Fayetteville AK. Now a nationwide chain with global possibilities. Ohhh, I forgot to mention the mason jar desserts. Sooo delectable. The Strawberry Cheesecake was my favorite while The Shadow enjoyed the Chocolate Brownie Pudding. You get to keep the mason jars BTW! Slim chickens also offer Wraps, Chicken & Waffles, and Shakes including an Oreo shake. Drinks that are featured are Coke products and Various flavored Teas and Lemonade. Sooo many options and did I mention the 17, yes SEVENTEEN house made sauces for you to enjoy dipping your food into so you can have an extra splash of flavor! All in all, The Shadow and I give Slim Chickens a 10 out of 10 for all out comfortable dining experience!!!! #slimchickensdavenport
