Anticipating a raise next year? Here's why it might not be as exciting as you think...

Let’s talk about inflation and your paycheck.

If you’re expecting a raise in 2025, don’t celebrate the extra dollars yet. Inflation might already have plans for them. A 3% raise sounds great until you realize the cost of living has gone up 4-5%. Suddenly, that "raise" feels more like a polite pat on the back.

What can you do?
✔️ Crunch the numbers: Look at your expenses and figure out how far your new income will really stretch.
✔️ Negotiate better: If your raise doesn’t at least match inflation, you’re losing purchasing power.
✔️ Invest wisely: Any extra income should work for you—think savings, paying down debt, or investing.

A raise should mean progress, not just keeping up. What’s your strategy for making the most of your paycheck next year? Let’s chat about it in the comments!

You don't have to hold back on the number of items you dispute at one time. You can do as many as you like. In this case, we got over 19 deletions.

You guys have to check out this post from my good friend John Watts concerning if as a consumer you can or cannot sue for misspelled names.

Hey guys!

I have been given a great opportunity to collab with an awesome FCRA/ FDCPA attorney. Since I speak frequently here about perhaps needing an attorney to help identify violations and enforce your rights, I thought this would be great. It would be in a Q&A format.

Interested?

Tomorrow's video continues our METRO 2 Factual Dispute Series. Moving into the 3rd required field of Account Type Code as it pertains only to collections. Find out how you can use this to stack your disputes and potentially get them deleted.

I'm so excited for this new series where we use the industry standard Metro 2 formatting as an additional form of factual disputing! Tonight we break down account numbers! Seems simple but I'll give you 3 ways you can use this against a bureau or creditor as part of your stacking method. Stay tuned! BONUS, there is a free letter to use at the end.

4 months of work to get these results. Remember, this is a process. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is guaranteed to be deleted from your credit (especially if its accurate). So have your plan B, keep working, and when results like this happen, consider it a bonus and a job well done. (Shown here....5 charge offs deleted, 1 collection and 8 student loans)

Not a bad way to start the morning.
What you see here are medical bills being deleted due to inaccuracies and a negative student loan being changed into a positive account.
YOU CAN DO THIS TOO!

These kinds of wins can happen for you as well. Don't be afraid to write to a creditor directly and point out their errors. An informed consumer is a dangerous one.

If you've ever had a foreclosure report to your credit, tonights video will show you how to find errors in how it reports from an Equifax credit report. I chose Equifax because its the hardest to find errors on! Also stay tuned for a bonus vid with me and my mortgage guy Rob Younce as we discuss home buying options after foreclosure
