Have you seen my latest video in China? 🇨🇳

In this vlog we will explore the main attractions of Chengdu, such as Tianfu square, People's Park, Chengdu teahouses, Wu Hou Shrine, Jinli ancient street, Kuanzhai Xiangzi alley and so much more.

I will also share with you how I am changing my mind about China and how I was brainwashed by the western media to have a specific view and thoughts about China.

That's why I love traveling. You have a direct experience of the world, and you see things as they really are. And not as they tell you they are.

You can watch the video here: https://youtu.be/dSnZiKYnL1Y?si=QOU7t...

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TO MACAU 🇲🇴?

In this vlog I am going to the LAS VEGAS OF ASIA.

➡️ watch here: https://youtu.be/TEpomP8AUyg

They literally copied and pasted the Las Vegas strip in China.

… but not only that…

Macau is much more than hotels and casinos..

It has history, culture and a very unique historical center.

I hope you will enjoy watching this video.

Best,
Gabi

IT DIDN’T GO SO WELL 😞

In my last video I have been invited to an African Village and I share the story of Charles and His family.

👉 If you haven’t seen the video you can find it here: https://youtu.be/OB-TS0jw1hM

This is for sure one of my favourite videos, if not MY FAVOURITE on the channel. 😉

But for some reason YouTube is limiting its reach.

In the video I also show the living conditions of Charles’s Family, the mattress situation and his dream to buy a new tuk tuk.

We helped him create a PayPal account, so he could receive some donations.

You guys were so kind to start donating immediately, but after few hours PayPal SUSPENDED his account permanently. 😞

The reason is not clear, but I guess it’s because the account is new, it’s from Kenya, he started to receive many small payments and PayPal saw it as a fraud. there are many online scams happening here.

The money donated will be held by PayPal for 180 days and after that they will probably be refunded back to the donors. Or maybe they will arrive to Charles, Is not clear yet.

Right After that, we put the PayPal link of my friend Federico.

He received about 200 hundred dollars which he gave straight away to Charles, and he will be able to buy:

- NEW MATTRESSES
- FOOD
- and probably some more things for his family.

A video will be recorded to document the products bought, and I will make sure to include it in one of my next videos.

Right now, for safety reasons we decided to remove any PayPal link from the video and the only way to support Charles is with Mpesa (Kenyan payment) or by contacting Charles privately and discussing with him other solutions, such as western union.

- Mpesa of Charles: +254 718414589

- E-mail of Charles: charlesgumnal@gmail.com

Thank you so much for all the people that donated. If you have any questions let me know in the comments down below.

If you haven’t, I highly recommend you to watch the video, because in my opinion is very beautiful.

👉 Watch the video here:

I wish you a merry Christmas and a wonderful 2024. 🙏🏻

Best,
Gabi

I truly appreciate all your kind comments in my last video about Mental Health.

I feel for the those of you struggling with similar issues.

I am grateful for those of you sharing tips, advice and different experiences.

Many of you recommended me to try the program of SADHGURU or to visit his Ashram.

I did visit his ashram in 2018 and I did the inner engineering program at Isha yoga Center in Coimbatore. Personally I didn’t feel a connection.

Also in 2018 I did an Ayahuasca retreat in Ecuador. I ended up spending 2 months in the Andes Mountains, spending time with Shamans and reconnecting with the soul of this powerful land.

I did the 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat in Yogyakarta, Indonesia…

I spent 3-days in darkness inside a earth dome in Koh Phangan.

A breathwork retreat in Goa…

A Tantra retreat in Thiruvannamalai…

A 2-week juice fasting…

I studied 100’s of books, online courses..

And a lot of others spiritual and transformational experiences that have truly improved my life, made me GROW and opened my HEART in a profound way.

Obviously I am on a PATH.

A path we call LIFE.

And the things I DON’T KNOW are far greater than the one I know.

But there is one thing that I know for sure about my life.

the SUFFERING is what made this path interesting, adventurous, mystical.

The PAIN is what keeps me looking for answers.

The EPTINESS is what keeps me exploring.

Paradoxically, The things that I want to remove in my life, are the very things that keep me ALIVE.

Sometimes I feel like I’m playing “hide and seek” with GOD.

It feels so real when you play it, but at end of the day is just a game. :)

Anyway, thank you for being here. For reading this and for watching my videos.

I wish you nothing but the best 🙏🏻

Have a great day,

Gabi

Have you seen my latest video inside INDIA’S BIGGEST SLUM? 🇮🇳

It was a very intense experience, very eye opening… and I was also very impressed by how hard these people work inside the slum.

If you haven’t already, go watch the video and let me know your thoughts. ✌️

Many of you asked me where have I been. And I appreciate you. 🙏🏻

I took a break from YouTube, for 2 main reasons

1 - I am back in Italy and I am spending time with my family. I needed it.

Reconnecting, Relaxing and recharging the batteries.

The second reason is probably the main reason.

Mental Helth.

I am still struggling with it.

Mainly with social anxiety, depression and a general feeling of emptiness, sadness, lack of meaning and lack of direction.

It sucks to be honest.

Especially because my outer life is pretty damn good right now, I am really living the lifestyle that I have been dreaming for many years.

but my inner life doesn’t really match that.

I am trying to take care of myself at the best of my abilities: doing therapy, journaling, spending time in nature and allowing myself to feel and move through those emotions.

During my last trip in Vietnam I was pretty burned out, especially towards the end.

I still have 2 videos that I recorded in Hanoi and Ninh Binh.

But it has been a month already and I can’t really find the energy to edit them.
Let’s see if I will ever post them..

That’s all my friends.

I don’t want to complain or make you feel sorry for me. I am a grown man and I can handle this.

I just want to share with you openly and vulnerably what is going on in my life and why I haven’t been posting for a while.

Every time I go through those dark times, there is always a bright light around the corner.

I know that a new wave of clarity, creativity, adventure and Life is waiting for me. A brand new chapter is coming.

I can not see it yet.

But I know God has prepared it for me.

If you are going through a challenging time in your life, wether is physical health, mental health, money, relationships or others…

Know that you are not alone…

A brand new chapter is around the corner for you too. Even if you can’t see it yet.

A big hug,
Gabi

I just received a tragic news. :( Yesterday, 20th February, Shiva sadly passed away, in the lobby of his hotel, due to a heart attack.

It's so hard to believe it. Really hard. And it's also hard to describe in words the energy and the beautiful heart of this man.

I just spent few days with Shiva in October 2022, but that short time was enough to have a beautiful impact in my life.

Everyday he would recommend me a place to visit around Rishikesh:

"Gabi, Today go to Vasisthta Cave Ashram, it's very peaceful and there is a beautiful spiritual energy there. It's good for you."

I would go in the morning and come back in the evening, sharing the experience with him, on his sofa in the lobby, while drinking Masala chai.

One day he told me:

"You should take the motorbike and go to Gangotri, in the Himalaya. it's a very special place. If I didn't have to work I would go with you."

The morning after, I took my motorbike and I went.

It has been one of the best experiences of my life. And he knew it. That's why He sent me there.

When I came back to his guesthouse, after 3 days, I couldn't wait to tell him how wonderful it was!

But when we sit on the sofa, I couldn't find the words. I kept saying " Wow. Wow. Amazing. Amazing. Incredible. Incredible." lol

It was beyond words. And I still remember the smile he had under his mustache.

He knew it.

there was not need to use words. He knew what I had just experienced.

You can watch the Himalaya video here: https://youtu.be/58nsXV_JgeE

At the beginning of the video you will see Shiva offering me HIS OWN breakfast in the morning, before leaving to the Himalaya. He was about to eat those eggs, and when he saw me coming out of the room, he gave them to me!

Unbelievable.

Meeting Shiva has been the highlight of my trip in India. Without any doubt.

I was planning to visit him again this summer. But I simply can't believe that if I go back there I will not find him anymore. It's heart breaking.

Thank you brother Shiva for everything. I can't hug you anymore, but I will keep you in my heart forever. 🤍🤍🤍

Much Love.
