We are starting the series of RUBRICS LEARNING from TODAY....... We will take 2 rubrics in a week.......
This rubric we have taken from Kent's repertory... I will try to give different repertories approaches as well.
We just have to learn that how can we find rubric in repertory, with the patients simple language.......

Let's Learn through a case.
A female patient came in winters she had cracks on hands and the fingers were swollen.
She had itching with pain in fingers.
.
I inquired her through case taking that did it happen before?
She answered that this swollen fingers with pain has occurred first tym.
And the cracks on fingers, itching is from 1 yr and she has taken many treatment from other pathies but didn't get relief.
Now one more problem has started.

After watching her symptoms and skin of hands.
I diagnosed her Chillblains.
Chillblains are skin sores which occurs due to exposure to very cold temperatures.

Let's Learn from a skin case.

1. This is a skin disorder that affects children and young adults, scaly, itchy rashes which are usually round, oval in shape.
2. These patches are usually pink, red or white in colour, sometimes itchy but very little.
3. They often leave a pale marks on skin after the original colour of the patches disappeared.
4. They usually appears on Face, upper arms, Neck, chest, back etc.
5 More noticeable in summers when the skin becomes more tan.
Now the cases which came to my clinic.
1st case is of 10 yrs child who has patches since 3 to 4 months, and there were no itching, only whitich patches were there.
2 nd case is of a 15 yr boy who noticed patches since 1 month and there were little itching from beginning.
In both cases patches were oval,round and colour was lighter than skin colour.
So what should i prescribe???
Firstly these patches clears up own but as i have already said that they leave a pale patch on the skin so we can give the remedy after case taking.
Only constitutional remedy can work in these types of cases.
Take the case.
Must ask family history.
Indivisualise.
Analyse
Evaluate
Then prescribe the remedy.
