Hello, I'm Ramen Kaonashi! I am a Japanese Full-Time Ramen Chef and my hometown is in Kyoto, Japan. Ramen is one of the most popular dishes in Japan, and there are ramen restaurants almost everywhere in the world. There are many different variations and regional types of Japanese Ramen.
In this channel I will teach you how to make authentic, all hand-made Japanese Ramen using my own recipe. Although it takes a lot of time and effort to make ramen, you will be able to make a great bowl of chef-quality ramen at home which tastes as good as the restaurants in Japan. Most of my recipes do not use MSG, because I wish to try to have different types of ingredients to create umami in my ramen.
