10 years ago one of my best friends, Julie, told me about Trim Healthy Mama. I immediately ordered the original @trimhealthymama book, joined the FB group (of only 450 people at the time) and dove in!
I was living in bush Alaska at the time & it took awhile to get all the ingredients to start making things like Muffins in a Mug and Fat Stripping Frappas. 😁
Well, what a way to celebrate 10 years of doing THM by visiting the @bluebutterflycafeftworth . 🥳🥳🥳
My friend Kelly and I traveled all the way from Alaska to Texas for a ladies conference and got to visit there on our recent trip!

Happy Day before Thanksgiving, Friends!!

This week during Trim Healthy Mama's huge Cyber sale where EVERYTHING is on sale, I'm stocking up on my favorite sugar free sweetener, Gentle Sweet. It's my favorite for holiday baking.

Hi Friends! This is probably rather random but I wanted to share about a current obsession. 😆
I love, love, love Stitch Fix. I used to hate clothes shopping because:
1. I'm not good at putting outfits together
2. I'm not always sure what's in style
3. Clothes shopping in stores gives me anxiety 😬
But Stitch Fix changed all that for me.
1. I don't have to spend the time & gas money going to stores and being stressed out.
2. The cost is a tad more than I would usually spend. However, I usually schedule a Fix to arrive the day before my birthday. Then I can use birthday money to purchase what I like.
3. The clothes are really great quality and last a LONG time. Very much worth what you spend.
Bonus: I get compliments every time I wear something from Stitch Fix. 😊
