Finally done with all the character changes in DBFZ 1.31! Overall, What do ya'll think of these patch notes?

Hey everyone! Been getting a few suggestions for characters and I wanna say that this patch came at the worst time for me (literally the same day I was leaving on vacation trip lol), so all of the videos Iām posting are pre recorded from the day the update went live and edited on my free time.
Unfortunately, I didnāt have time to record the changes for every character, so once I get back Iāll get to the ones Iām missing.
For now though, hereās a list of the characters I managed to record. Iāll post any recommendations based on the order of the comments

Android 21 (Lab coat) has been out for a few days now in DBFZ and y'all have probably picked her up or fought against her. Do y'all think she is the undisputed #1, strong but not the best, or overhyped?
