All - My video on D&D Loot and Treasure has been illegally struck with a copyright claim due to stock music that I used. I used the music exactly in accordance with the terms given by the copyright holder (cite the musician - which I did, at time 0:25).
The thieves making the claim are The Orchard Music.
I followed the YouTube appeal process, but the copyright holder has illegally denied it. I am trying to follow-up directly through e-mail for resolution but for right now I have no choice but to Unlist the video in order to prevent lost revenue. For die-hard viewers who are looking for the video, here it is:

IT'S HERE!!!!!! IN MY ACTUAL HANDS!!!!!!!
It's all happening now, people. The silver proof of Neon Skies is physically in front of me and it...is...GORGEOUS. The gloss cover. The heavy premium color interior.
This is a major, MAJOR hurdle cleared. I have been struggling to find a printer that can handle this book, since the content is pretty extreme (from a printer's standpoint). It is surprising how many printers out there are still using technology from ~15 years ago. For example, DriveThruRPG doesn't even recognize newer PDF formats (they require the ancient X/1-a which doesn't even support transparency!)
Thus, at the moment I think the frontrunner for printing and fulfillment is going to be Lulu.com.
My ONLY complaint is the pinks. But I knew they wouldn't come out vibrant. Nature of the beast. That's okay. Everything else is flawless.

To be brutally honest, when it comes to AI art I feel a bit like Frodo and the ring. Man, is it tempting as I finish up Neon Skies. But, while I think we all agree that use of AI art in publication is at best immoral and at worst an crime, I am beginning to soften on its applications for personal private use. For example, a portrait for your D&D character? A bird's eye view of a city just to use as a reference as you build your cardboard/foam terrain? It seems there's a lot of harmless value to be had to me. You?
