Simon’s previous careers in electronics, teaching and corporate roles, followed by the last 25 years in consulting, on large and complex issues, has caused him to develop a wealth of experience to a depth of insight into organisational performance, that is unique in its capacity to help organisations to differentiate and disrupt in ways they hadn't considered. Simon has the ability to create highly engaging, yet highly effective techniques to demystify complex issues and identify fast influence strategies that drive the desired results.
