My name is Louise and I am here to share my weightloss journey with you! I started at 269lbs in January 2020, when I decided to take back my health and get rid of the fat for good.
I am here to share my experiences and what I have learned along the way. I want to show you that weight loss is not only POSSIBLE, but that you can beat OBESITY and live your best and healthiest life!
