For those who tuned into my last live stream, I discussed the new Pure Trim product called "Joint Control" which is the replacement product for "Joint Tea" which I discussed in a previous video. I enjoy talking about these products in particular because they go well with many people's Tai Chi health goals. At the time of my last live stream Joint Control was not yet available, but I wanted to follow-up on that to let you know that it is available as of today. You can learn more about it at andrew.puretrim.com/joint-control.cfm If you order products from this website, I get some monetary kick back and it helps support this channel and what I do here. Wishing you all the best in your training!

Just an FYI for those of you who use Boost Tea and those who have been wanting to try Boost Tea, there are just under 2 hours left in a buy 2 get 1 free special for Boost Tea on Andrew.PureTrim.com. Boost Tea has herbal ingredients that are used to help speed up the metabolism and reduce food cravings for the purpose of helping people lose weight. It is clear that weight loss is a complex endeavor which requires healthy habits and personalized recommendations and guidance for the best outcomes. I see this product as supportive, but probably a minor player in the weight loss journey. I would not recommend it to anyone as their primary strategy for losing weight. However, it is well established that a very important strategy in managing weight and metabolic health is to avoid drinking your calories. Beverages are a huge source of surplus calories that most people do not consider and the sugars in beverages tend to hit the system hard because they are absorb so quickly into the bloodstream.
Sugar-sweetened beverages are one of the hardest things for people to give up when working on developing healthier eating habits. This is where I see Boost Tea's greatest benefit. Boost Tea only has about 20 calories per serving. So when a craving for a sugary beverage hits, Boost Tea can be a healthful alternative with herbs that help support metabolic health.
Full disclosure, I do get a compensated for sales of this and other products on Andrew.PureTrim.com, so my opinion is clearly biased, but if this sounds like it would be a useful tool for you in achieving your health goals, you can get it from any site that carries this product and I will be happy for you if it helps you achieve your health goals. Wishing you all the best!

Welcome to my Tai Chi and Qigong Channel!
I started this channel to help as many people as possible by sharing what I know about Tai Chi and Qigong, to make a resource for my students to use during their training sessions at home, and to help those who want to learn these arts but do not have any instructors in there local area. While videos cannot replace an instructor, they are better than nothing.
On this channel you will find instructional videos in various Tai Chi and Qigong exercises, demo videos of some of the forms I teach, and a couple of videos from my time in China.
I hope you find some of the videos on this channel useful, even if it's just for a laugh, and I wish you all the best in your in your Tai Chi journey.
To Your Health,
Dr. Andrew von Plitt, ND
