What a fantastic dinner at @majorfoodgroup Carbone in Miami Beach. Yes, the ambiance and food were fantastic. But it was the service that makes this one of my new favorite restaurants.
Our server Geo was phenomenal. Easily one of the best servers Iāve had by my table side. It was not about hitting standards but about the way he made my wife and I feel. You can get Italian food many places but itās hard to find the type of hospitality shown here last night. Great job to the team at Carbone!
