I am Adi, a Fitness Trainer, and a Functional Trainer.
I am immensely interested in fitness and nutrition, and having different certifications and experience allows me to share this knowledge with my clients. My certifications help me motivate my clients by weighing out the benefits and correcting their workouts as we progress along the sessions. Additionally, I am also a Nutritionist; I have helped, and continue to help, many clients with their nutrition plan. I break down the benefits of their complete diet so they can understand and healthily take control of their meals. I also aid in Performance Enhancement, Physiotherapy, and Strength and Conditioning. These allow me to apply the basic principles of metabolism and anatomy to increase performance level by strengthening endurance, power, and speed.
I am active on many Social Media platforms including Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram. I help my clients via remote tools such as Skype, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
