Next General draw can not touch more than 515 because there is nobody sitting at 515 in Express Entry pool right now. All have got their ITAs.

The biggest news of 2024 from Canada has arrived.
Immigration Minister of Canada Marc Miller made an amazing announcement today to make Canada better and more lovable again. π¨π¦π¨π¦
There will be a cap on the number of international students coming to Canada every year.
Instead of 500,000 students, there will be a cap of 360,000 students from all countries coming to Canada on a study visa.
So, there will be a 35% decrease in 2024 in the issuance of study visa permits compared to the year 2023.
Work permits will only be available to spouses of international students in masterβs and doctoral programs. The spouses of international students in other levels of study will not be eligible for spouse visa open work permits.
All the provinces will be given attestation approval authority for students and designated learning institutions. This means provinces will have the quota and power to control the study visa intakes.
This will definitely help save Canada from housing crises, improve affordability, create balance, and restore the quality of living to what it was before.

Canada Express Entry Draw brought happiness for all the aspiring immigrants. People are happy and positive to submit their applications. More people will apply and Immigration will see another boom. A total of 7000 invitations were given in the recent draw on 29th March 2023.
I always say, stay positive and submit your profiles even if CRS score is high. You never know when this unpredictable IRCC department surprise you with an ITA.
