Hey my luvs 💞💞💞🙏Miss talking to you guys as much as I used to🥺.I will start making videos again when I start to feel better.It is nothing serious,it's most likely all menopause symptoms,it's just a lot of things all at once.I will be 51 in August and I'm pretty sure I'm not in perimenapause anymore, I'm IN IT now.People don't talk about it openly.It is part of mental health.I have been reading everything I can on it and follow a couple doctors on YouTube that specialize in it.I have a appointment with a gyno beginning of July(earliest I could get).I started getting hot flashes at 46 ,n thought that was bad.Now my anxiety n depression is worse , migraines,pelvic pain,back pain and a new symptom-swelled up hands,feet n lower calves,where it's hard to walk..They say drink 🥤more water,no 🍭sugar,no caffeine☕,no salt,no spicy 🌶️foods,make sure to exercise🎾.I have always eaten everything I wanted n never gained weight so I have to completely change my diet.At my appointment I'm gonna see about HRT...Well I have been through worse and I will get through this,and not let it slow me down🦾.If any of my friends on here are going through this and maybe have advice or want to vent,share their story i would love to hear from anyone,even if its not this topic.Enjoy your weekend my friends.I love 😍each one of you ❤️Give yourself a break and know that I am proud 🦾of you and remember how far youve come!!
