去了湖區一趟，第一件事是去#Grasmere 買有一百多年歷史的薑餅。薑味香濃，但不辣，也不太甜。餅的中間部分比較結實，口感有點像片糖，外層是酥脆的餅碎，和英式紅茶味道很搭。
