I love to share my art and thoughts!
I've had a life of illustration, graphic design, computer graphics and children's books.
Since 2008 I’ve been painting full time.
My bio:
After majoring in pottery at high school, I studied art for three years full time at the National Art School in Sydney.
Then printmaking at Julian Ashton Art School, two years painting at Sydney Gallery School. All the while working as a freelance graphic designer for income.
I was taught traditional watercolour for advertising illustrations. Eg chocolate boxes, lounge chairs!
At the National Art School, we used acrylics in the 70's. Very modern back then. Liquitex was the brand.
And I've learnt oils from traditional artists.
My personal art has been in oils, acrylics and watercolour.
