The Uttaranchal University's Sports Committee will be organizing an "Intra University Athletic Meet" on February 16 and 17, at the university sports grounds. The field events will include Long Jump, Short Put, Discus Throw and Javelin Throw and the track events will include 100 m. race, 200 m. race, 400. m. race,
800 m. race, 4x100 m. relay race, and 4x400 m. relay race, under both the men's and women's categories. The last date to sign up is February 13th. The sports coordinators will forward the names of the interested students to Mr. Jaiwardhan Singh, PTI, the University Sports Committee.

Uttaranchal University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the British Council EnglishScore.
On this occasion, the Chancellor of the University, Mr Jitender Joshi, Vice President, Dr Satbir Singh Sehgal, Vice Chancellor, Dr Dharam Buddhi, Registrar, Mr S C Sharma, Country Manager, British Council EnglishScore, and Mr Sachin Kumar were present. Moreover, Mr. Elliot Homan, Regional Director, Asia, also joined virtually.
The MoU was signed by Mr. S. C. Sharma, Registrar, Uttaranchal University, and Mr. Elliot Homan, on behalf of the British Council EnglishScore. DSW & In-Charge, Office of International Affairs, Dr. Shravan Kumar, played an instrumental part in signing this MoU.
