Heyo all! About two months ago I visited one of the highest rated climbing gyms in the world with @EricKarlsson and @ClimbingStuff . In a few weeks we'll release more videos from the trip as well, one of which will be a masterpiece with some rock climbing (mostly dynos, to be fair) that Eric filmed and will post on his channel. Forgot to share this little gem, but meeting Branden (ClimbingStuff aka B-dawg) was incredibly fun and I'm looking forward to sharing the rest of our collaborations in the upcoming month!

You asked, and we're gonna deliver. Currently on my way to Norway to battle it out with @magmidt (not in the ring this time though, we'll be doing some climbing related stuff instead).
A few months ago Rúngne sponsored a video, and we made a deal that if a raffle got more than 1000 entries they would send me to Norway for a collab. In a few weeks I'll be back on The Big Island, a boulder I'm more psyched to climb than any other. I've been thinking about different ways to show it on the channel again, but I'm curious what the preference would be from you all?

Do you hydrate and drink enough water?
I've struggled with cramps and staying hydrated for years, but recently got to try out LMNT and it's been a gamechanger for me. Are your wrists injured?
Over the years I often get the question how I can climb on slopers without pain, and this got me curious how many of you actually suffer from wrist pain? I had a ton of issues early on in my climbing, but over the years I've been able to minimize the issues and nowadays feel like my wrists are bulletproof on slopers. (Ironically I'm suffering from wrist pain as we speak, but that's due to a very stupid fall I took a while back)
