These commandments provide the foundation and the backbone of any society. If these laws are broken, the enemy has a foothold in that area and can steal, kill and/or destroy a person’s life in that area. Keeping the commandments is the foundation of a christian life. Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone of such a life. This glorious edifice rises into the expression of the will of the Father upon the earth. This fellowship was the Father’s desire from the very beginning. The secret place of intimacy and prayer is where that fellowship is set ablaze and kept ablaze. That is the center of the glorious life in Christ.

Dear LIS friends and family,
The LIS ministry team and I are very sorry but unfortunately, we will not be able to go live with you today for our usual 10pm (East Africa Time) broadcast for Real Life Testimonies. As you may already be aware, our nation (Kenya) has been hit with devastating floods after torrential rains have bombarded the country non stop for weeks. As a result, we have no electricity and are currently sitting in the dark awaiting the electricity to return. Our small generator was in need of repair and so until the job is complete we will be at the mercy of the rains. Please continue praying for L.I.S. as we continue to pray for you. From Baba Zion and Mama Maisha and everyone here at Life Is Spiritual, we would like to wish you and your family a Happy Passover! Starting on the night of the 14th, we will be celebrating one of the most important and powerful holidays in the Kingdom of God, the Passover. As you know, the Passover starts on the 15th day of the month of Nisan (April) and continues for seven days. The final day will be on the 22nd day of this month and it will be a sabbath since it is the last day of the Passover. During the Passover, we remember and celebrate how ELOHIM (GOD) in keeping His covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob whose name was changed to Israel, set the children of Israel free and released them from the bondage of Pharaoh and Egypt, the house of bondage after having been slaves for over 400 years. This was the first time that GOD showed HIS absolute sovereignty and superiority over the gods of Egypt so publicly that all of the nations began to hear of the great name of the GOD of the Hebrews whose name was YAHUAH (YHWH) ELOHAI. On the night of the Passover, YAH instructed Moses to tell the children of Israel to “kill the Passover” and use hyssop to apply the blood of the slain lamb on the lintels and sides of their doors. This blood would be the reason that the judgement of GOD would “Pass over” their house and not strike their firstborns with death. The blood of the lamb was a type of the lamb of GOD, YAHSHUAH, the blood of our Messiah is the blood that covered us from the judgement of GOD which we actually deserved because of our sins. Paul the apostle calls Jesus (Yahshuah) our Passover lamb: “…For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:…” 1 Corinthians 5:7
Observing Passover is a commandment of GOD as it is written in Exodus 12:14 ”And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.“
Exodus 12:14 KJV
As it is written, so shall we do. HalleluYAH!!
