MANIFESTING FINANCIAL FREEDOM: TRANSFORM YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH MONEY

Money isn’t just about numbers — your financial situation is a direct reflection of the story you’ve been told and the story you continue to tell yourself.

In this 90-minute live workshop, we’ll dive deep into your unique ā€œmoney storyā€ to uncover limiting beliefs that may be blocking your financial flow. You’ll learn how to release scarcity patterns, reframe your mindset, and open your heart to abundance so you can finally align with financial freedom.

Together, we’ll explore:
* The hidden beliefs shaping your relationship with money
* How scarcity and self-worth blocks show up in your finances
* Mindset shifts and manifestation practices that create financial flow
* How to rewire your money story for lasting abundance

Before becoming a Tarot Reader and Spiritual Life Coach, I worked as a Personal Financial Advisor, so I bring both practical money experience and spiritual insight into this workshop. Today marks one full trip around the sun since I married my best friend.

This year has held incredible highs and challenging lows, but having a steady, loving partner to walk through it all with has been the greatest gift. This calm, safe, and consistent love is something I once thought was impossible, and I thank the Universe for it every single day.

It took deep healing and unlearning unhealthy patterns to be able to create and sustain a love like this. Now, it’s my mission to help others do the same. I hope every single person here experiences the privilege of truly loving and being loved unconditionally. You deserve nothing less.

This is only the beginning of our story, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the journey holds ā¤ļø

I turned 30 yesterday, and stepping into this new decade has me feeling incredibly grateful for the life I’ve built and all the beautiful things I get to experience. I used to be afraid of getting older, but I’m learning that it brings even more of what I’m grateful for—more joy, more growth, more love. I truly couldn’t be happier with where I’m at right now, and I owe so much of it to you all.

Thank you to everyone here who continues to support and encourage me. There are definitely moments where it’s hard to keep going, but this community reminds me why I do what I do. I’m so thankful for every single one of you.

Here’s to another trip around the sunā¤ļøā¤ļø

I want to take a moment to speak from my heart about what’s happening in Gaza.

If your first reaction to that sentence is, ā€œThis is a spiritual page, don’t get political,ā€ I need you to hear this. Genocide is not political. The slaughter of innocent people is not a matter of opinion. It is a humanitarian crisis. And being spiritual means not turning away from the suffering of others.

True spirituality calls us into compassion, integrity, and action. It asks us to stand up for what is right, even when it is uncomfortable. I am incredibly blessed to have a platform that reaches people all around the world, and my intention with this space has always been to speak the truth.

My heart aches for the people of Gaza—for the families, the children, the lives being shattered every single day. No one should have to beg for their right to exist. No one should have to scream just to be heard. There is no justifying what is happening in our world right now. There is only acknowledgment and the courage to fight back.

I have spent so long feeling so powerless. And though I do not have control over any of this, I do have power over my response. My voice. My love. My action.

If you feel helpless, you are not alone. Here are some ways you can take meaningful action, no matter where you are in the world:

DONATE
• Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF): www.pcrf.net/
• Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP): www.map.org.uk/
• UNRWA USA: www.unrwausa.org/

USE YOUR VOICE
• Call or email your local representatives or government officials
• Share accurate, compassionate information on your platform
• Talk to your community, even when it is uncomfortable
• Challenge the idea that staying silent is neutral

EDUCATE YOURSELF
• Learn the history and context of the occupation
• Listen to Palestinian voices and stories
• Be mindful of language that dehumanizes or dismisses suffering

And above all, speak up. Your voice is your most powerful tool. Even if you do not have money, a platform, or political influence, you still have a voice. Use it to protect what is sacred. Use it to say, ā€œThis is not okay.ā€ Use it to help others be seen and heard.

It is easy to turn your head when something so inexplicably evil is happening. But if we want to be a light in this world, we must be willing to courageously face this level of darkness head on. We are not here to bear it, but we are here to transmute it. Love is the most powerful force in this world. No amount of evil, corruption, or injustice can overshadow love, as long as love refuses to back down. Be that refusal. Embody love in its purest form—an unwillingness to ignore what isn’t love.

This is not about politics. This is about humanity. We are here to rise together, and the only way we can do that is by being an advocate for those who need it most.

Books That Helped Me Heal (and Attract Real Love)

I’ve been getting so many questions lately about books to support your healing, especially around love and relationships.

These are 6 books that deeply shaped my journey. They helped me unpack my wounds, do the shadow work, and ultimately become the version of myself that could not only attract healthy love but receive and sustain it.

This list is in no particular order—each one helped me just as much as the next. Whether you're working through heartbreak, healing attachment wounds, or simply wanting to deepen your relationship with yourself, I can’t recommend these enough:

- "A Return to Love" by Marianne Williamson
- "How to Be the Love You Seek" by Dr. Nicole LePera
- "How to Do the Work" by Dr. Nicole LePera
- "Judgment Detox" by Gabrielle Bernstein
- "Self Help" by Gabrielle Bernstein
- "Insecure in Love" by Leslie Becker-Phelps

Healing is the gateway to the love you deserve. Start with one. Highlight the parts that gut-punch you in the best way. Let it crack you open. That’s where the real work begins.

Let me know if you’ve read any of these or if there’s another book that helped you on your healing journey!

Happy Pride Month! šŸ³ļøā€šŸŒˆšŸ³ļøā€āš§ļø

ā€œPride is important because someone tonight believes that they're better off dead than being themselves.ā€

No matter who you are or how you identify:
You are not too much.
You are not broken.
You are not a burden.
You are not unlovable.

You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to speak up. To be loud. To be soft.
To explore who you are. To change your mind. To take your time.
To exist outside of expectations.

You do not have to shrink or contort yourself to be worthy of love, safety, or belonging.
You are worthy simply because you are.

If you’re coming out, questioning, transitioning, grieving, celebrating, healing, or just trying to make it through, please know this: you are safe with me. Whether you are LGBTQ+, Black, Brown, Asian, neurodivergent, any race, any background, any identity — you are safe here.

Pride isn’t just a celebration.
It’s a reminder that you don’t have to apologize for being yourself, and you don’t have to walk this road alone.

This month, and every month, I’ll keep holding space for those still finding their voice.
For those who were told they were wrong or unworthy.
For those still learning how to feel safe in their skin.

You matter.
You belong.
You are loved.

With love,
Gabrielle N.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how many people are just trying to find a bit of clarity right now. When you're in the thick of something, it can be hard to hear your own inner voice or know what to do next.

So, I wanted to offer something a little different for a limited time—a shorter, more accessible personal tarot reading that’s focused on your current energy and what Spirit wants you to know right now.

It’s not about predicting outcomes or telling the future. It’s simply guidance to help you feel a little more grounded and supported in this moment.

I’m only offering 20 of these for now. If this feels aligned, the link is here: www.spiritualcoachgabby.com/services/p/mini-spirit…

With love, always šŸ¤

Before I began my spiritual journey, I was miserable.

I spent most of my time waiting—waiting to be happy, waiting to feel loved, waiting to finally find my place in the world. I thought that if I was patient enough, good things would eventually find me. But underneath that waiting was a deep sense of powerlessness. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was outsourcing my happiness to circumstances I had no control over. And it left me stuck.

It wasn’t until I began exploring spirituality in my early twenties that I came across the concept of manifestation. At first, it felt like this shiny, magical solution to everything I had been missing. I made vision boards, I journaled, I said my affirmations out loud every morning. But nothing changed.

That’s when I learned the hard truth: manifestation isn’t magic—it’s embodiment.

What Manifestation Is Not
So many people hear the word ā€œmanifestationā€ and immediately write it off as new-age nonsense. And honestly, I get it. It’s been watered down by pop culture and turned into something that looks a lot like wishful thinking.

Let’s clear the air on what manifestation is not:
- It’s not wishing hard enough until something magical happens.
- It’s not working yourself into the ground to force an outcome.
- It’s not waiting for the ā€œright timeā€ or ā€œperfect opportunity.ā€
- It’s not taking impulsive risks without a clear purpose or plan.

And it’s definitely not sitting on your couch, visualizing your dream life while avoiding the actions that would actually get you there.

Wishful thinking without action is spiritual avoidance.

Thinking, wishing, and waiting is easy. Taking action is where the real work begins.

Why? Because action forces you to face the discomfort, fear, and limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck. Avoiding action is avoiding the very transformation your soul is asking for.

Manifestation Is Alignment in Action

At its core, manifestation is about alignment—aligning your thoughts, beliefs, energy, and actions with the life you want to create. It’s not about getting what you want. It’s about becoming who you need to be to receive it.

If you were to break it down into a simple formula, it would look like this: Thoughts → Beliefs → Actions → Reality

You can journal every day. You can recite affirmations until you’re blue in the face. But if your actions don’t change, your life won’t either.

We act based on what we believe. If you believe you’re unsupported, unworthy, or doomed to fail, you’ll subconsciously sabotage any opportunity that challenges that belief. Your brain is wired to keep you safe—and ā€œsafeā€ often means ā€œfamiliar,ā€ even if the familiar is painful.

If you want to change your reality, you have to change your behavior. And to change your behavior, you have to challenge your belief system.

Embodiment Is the Key
When I finally began to see real shifts in my life, it wasn’t because I ā€œmanifested harder.ā€ It was because I started embodying the version of me who already had the life I wanted.

That meant showing up even when I was afraid. It meant saying no to what didn’t serve me, even when it was uncomfortable. It meant taking risks, creating boundaries, changing habits, and staying consistent with the energy I wanted to live in.

Manifestation is about acting as if you already are the person who has what you desire—not pretending, not forcing, but embodying. The more you embody those choices, the more they become second nature. And the more your reality begins to reflect the new you.

Faith Is an Action
One of the biggest turning points in my journey was understanding that faith isn’t a feeling—it’s an action.

You don’t need to feel 100% certain all the time. In fact, you probably won’t. But faith asks you to act as if you’re worthy, capable, and supported—even when your old story says otherwise.

The universe will meet you at the level of your embodiment, not your wishful thinking.

Final Thoughts
Today, my life looks radically different. I’m married to the love of my life. I run a business that deeply fulfills me and supports my lifestyle. My mental and physical health is thriving. Overall, I’ve created a reality that once felt impossible—not because I wished hard enough, but because I stopped waiting for the universe to prove I was worthy, and started acting like I already was.

Manifestation isn’t about waiting for signs. It’s about becoming the sign.

It’s not about being perfect or never having doubts. It’s about showing up anyway.

So ask yourself: What would the version of me who already has everything I desire do today? And then—do that. Again and again. That’s where the magic really begins.

If this message resonated with you and you're feeling called to go deeper into this work, I’m hosting a live workshop on Friday, April 25th at 6PM CT called ā€œThe Secret to Manifestingā€.

We’ll spend 90 minutes together unpacking exactly how to embody the energy of the life you desire, so you can stop waiting, and start becoming.

You’ll walk away with insight, tools, and grounded practices you can carry forward on your journey. Replay included if you can’t attend live.

You can find all the details and reserve your spot here: events.humanitix.com/the-secret-to-manifesting

Whether you attend the workshop or not, just know this: The life you desire and deserve is on the other side of the action you fear taking.

You are more powerful and capable than you think.

With love,
Gabrielle N.
