So, I'm being accused more and more of deleting comments in the comments sections of my videos. For the record, the only comments I delete are ones that spam the same thing over and over again. I love a good debate no matter how ugly they get and I'm not afraid of being offended. I welcome the hatred.
My question is, does YouTube delete comments even if they are not laced with profanity and hatred? Please add your thoughts to the comments section because this is a hot topic for not just conspiracy theorists, but independent media as well. If YouTube can just randomly delete comments that are perceived offensive, what does that mean for the state of political discourse in America? What is the solution?

So, I just discovered a new Discovery+ documentary about the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol directed by none other than the Naudet Brothers. I just finished it and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. Probably the best I've seen on the subject and it is just as compelling, if not more so, than their award-winning 9/11 documentary. Check it out on Max if you have 2.5 hours.
