Deployables and the ability for infantry to climb over certain obstacles could greatly improve Warhammer 3's siege battles. Having natural fortifications like boulders, deep water and extreme elevation is great but Creative Assembly could also implement the rough terrain system into Warhammer 3 minor sieges. This began with Total War: Troy to help balance chariots. Instead of having an abundance of narrow passageways that allow enemies to waltz in from every direction, CA could enable attackers to destroy portions of a palisade in addition to barricades. The unwalled, rough terrain sections would be wider but they would cause attacking troops to take a hit to their stamina and speed.

Shogun 2's siege battles were "simple" but very engaging. The A.I. is competent and 'docking' ranged units is very effective. Someone will inevitably write "but the Shogun 2 siege battles were so simple for the A.I. to follow." I mean, infantry in newer Total War games can just walk up to a wall and spawn ladders ... I know that Creative Assembly won't make drastic changes to the current minor settlements anytime soon. My poll indicates that 57% of players are excited for these siege battles in Immortal Empires. Without serious changes, I predict that only 30% of players would feel excited to play them 6 months from now.

The Empire Experience recently hit 1 million views. I didn’t expect this passion project inspired by Ymfah’s and Yrridian’s videos to gain the attention it did. I would like to thank you guys for supporting the channel and giving me those sweet dopamine hits. I’m working on ranking the Rome 1 factions from easiest to hardest and the Bretonnia Experience. I want to do a Medieval Kingdoms 1212 AD campaign, play Three Kingdoms, and make another “When _____ releases a video.” Pilps was the first, but he shan’t be the last. Hit me up with ideas and stay safe.

My recent video is blocked in 197 territories (e.g. Germany) due to a copyright restriction with The Orchard Music. I'll avoid this issue in the future so that 15% of my audience isn't blocked. Happy New Year everyone!
