Iām a sick woman. I donāt have to answer to anyone about anything. I donāt have to make time to do peopleās work for themā¦I am allowed to say NO without reason at any time I damn well please. Hopefully this will help end the messages. I donāt have to do anything for anyone I donāt want to do. NO amount of lies or guilt is going to change what I need to do for myself right now. Itās ok to put yourself firstā¦anyone who loves me will not only understand that, theyāll want that for me. You guys please donāt message me about anything else negative. Sometimes no response is truly the best response. Iām still working on that. Itās hard not to get angry when people refuse to acknowledge how they have wronged you and/or hurt you.
