But this can only come with a revolution -- with a one-meal-a-day (OMAD) revolution -- one that can silence the bickering, fighting, and false information that permeates the internet. Yes, it’s time to start again; it’s time for the battle cry to be heard far and near; it is a time for war with self and sustenance to be fought, and to end decisively, with a clear winner emerging in ultimate and steadfast victory.
