Hey girlies!!!
I know it has been a few since I have posted a YouTube Video. And that is because I made the decision to take a break so that I could tap back into my creativity.
Sometimes when you are constantly creating video content you just lose the creative element because you are constantly pushing to stick to your schedule.
The good news is that I am feeling super refreshed and can't wait to post content again.
In my next video I will be sharing more details about my break and how I plan to include breaks in my YouTube schedule moving forward.
We have to remember as business owners and content creators that this is a marathon and not a sprint. We must learn to pace ourselves and listen to our bodies when it's telling us to TAKE A BREAK.
